French Apero

This post is not as much of a recipe as it is more of an odd to a French tradition, called Apéritif or Apéro.

Those beautiful fermented cheeses are vegan, made in France.

Moving to the US has definitely been a culture change and I’ve been working hard to bring some of my traditions here. I love living here but I miss gathering around a table, preparing little crackers, raw veggies, seasonal fruits and serve some delicious drinks.

I’d love to share more of that tradition with more photos and recipes that you can use to share with your family and friends. L’Apéro is a great opportunity to relax, talk about your day, laugh and decompress.
